This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Pascalstraße 10, 10587 Berlin, Germany. The hosting provider processes technically necessary access and server-log data to provide the website securely, reliably and efficiently. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where processing serves pre-contractual or contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. According to STRATO, host names or IP addresses are anonymised in log files made available to hosting customers, and log files are retained for a limited period.

12. Contact and inquiry form

When you contact us using the inquiry form, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, company, email address, telephone number, subject, gearbox/type information, message and any files you upload. Processing is carried out to respond to your inquiry, identify products or spare parts and take pre-contractual measures. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR and, where consent is requested, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Form data is transmitted by email to sales@asug-drives.de. Data is disclosed to third parties only where necessary to process your inquiry or where required by law. It is deleted when no longer required for the inquiry, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
